Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice. Since we do not require credit card detail in advance, please within 24 hours, you can send us an email to tell us to cancel or you can call us to cancel. We are a small business, and we pay our beautician and therapists fairly, last minute cancellation and no show will hugely affect us and the therapist you have booked.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened out of consideration to the next client.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards online and in-store. All treatments must be paid on the day of the treatment received.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase online and in-store. Please call for more information. Please note that gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Please present the gift card prior to treatment.

Beautician and Therapists

If you would like either a female or male therapist, please let us know when making the booking. Please inform your therapist within the first 10 mins of your session if you are not comfortable or happy with the quality of the treatment received. Otherwise, the full amount will become payable when your treatment is completed.

Etiquette

Although we encourage social interaction with the therapists or with your friends and family, please be considerate to other clients who may be in treatment or in post-treatment relaxation area.

Pregnancy

Please ensure you inform our therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Health Conditions

When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. On the day of your treatment, our therapists will ask you to complete a health questionnaire to ensure we are providing you the very best service and results, while assuring your comfort and safety. Please note that for certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your Doctor to proceed. Please speak to our therapist before proceeding.

Age Policy

Our treatments are specifically designed for adults; however, we do cater for those that are under the age of 18 with parental consent.
